WELCOME TO SABRE BY ARIES

Following the success of the original G1 SABRE and the subsequent investment by Peter Jones as a result of our appearance on BBC TV's Dragons Den programme, the decision was made to revamp the entire project.

The remit for the development was quite simply to improve SABRE in every way possible and focussed around the strap line - "LIGHTER - STRONGER - FASTER"

To achieve our objectives it was necessary to embrace many modern techniques, the original cars body and chassis were scanned, geometry was assessed and revised, space frame was redesigned in cad along with a completely new laser cut jig and then all of this information was used to categorise components by type - tube, plate, machine part, welded, bent and so on. Then each part had its own relevant file written to enable us to recreate the same item repeatedly with great accuracy. The all new T45 chassis can be seen loaded into the new state of the art jig.

SABRE'S distinctive aero section wishbones didn't escape the revamp with all new jigs being created to ensure accuracy  and improve quality, we think you will agree that the result is extremely good.

Hours spent with development parts on the rolling road have also led us to manufacturing our own works exhaust system and  complimentary ram stacks to improve the torque and bhp of the CBR1000rr Fireblade engine that we use as standard fitment.

" having driven a Radical SR4 this year to 2nd in Class B and also having driven a Radical SR3, hearing about your new chassis and remembering back to some of the experiences in 2011 made me think about the Sabre.

I think what I wanted to tell you is the "old" Sabre chassis is one of the very best I have ever driven. It had really great corner grip for a non aero car. It is of course difficult to compare a RGB car to a car with slicks and wings, but having driven many more cars now, including Juno's an old F1 car and a Prosports 3000, both the Sabre chassis I had compare better than you probably realise. I expect you will have improved bits and pieces which is great, but don't change it fundamentally. It is already very good. The car is very very good in the fast stuff. " -  Endorsement received from former Sabre Race Car driver Richard Wise
